FAQs

Ordering

As for ordering seafood online, kindly place your order at least 7 working days in advance.

For other items such as vegetables and meat itineraries, kindly place order online at least 3 working days in advance and once we receive the order we will contact our customer via phone to verify the order details.

If the customer did not receive any calls from us within 24 hours from the time of order placement, kindly give us a call at 9488 0945 to verify your order.

Once we receive the payment, the order is confirmed. All orders will not be able to be changed or cancelled after it has been processed.

Delivery Charges

Kindly be informed that we don’t deliver to offshore islands except for Sentosa.

For Delivery Charges:

  • Total order SGD$100- SGD$300: SGD$30
  • Total order above $400: Complimentary

Minimum order of SGD$100 (before delivery charge)

Order Changes And/ Or Cancellation

If customer will like to make any changes or cancellation to their orders, they are allowed to make the changes or cancellation at least 2 days before delivery date with refund or customer may give us a call at 9488 0945. But kindly note that there will be a 10% service charge for cancelled orders.

For Cancellation

There is strictly no cancellation for less than 24 hours’ notice as all our food items have been prepared fresh and there will be 50% penalty charges of the total bill. So we hope to seek our customers’ understanding.

Replacement of Products

If at any point of time, the ordered items are out of stock, we undertake to replace another item of similar nature for our customer as what we deem best.

We will notify our customer through SMS to inform them on the replacement before delivery.

If customers are not comfortable with the changes, kindly give us a call at 9488 0945 for a discussion on the best solution for a mutual benefit.

Returning or Exchange of Products

There will be strictly no returning or exchanging once our food product has been delivered to our customer and Delivery Order is signed.

Delivery Time

Our estimated timing of delivery would be between 1 to 2 hours from the time our products are despatched prior to which we will contact the customer and advise on the delivery schedule. We will do our utmost best to ensure our food products would be delivered on time to our customer. Sometimes due to unforeseen road conditions, it may affect our delivery schedules. Henceforth, we kindly seek for our customers’ understanding when our delivery is delayed slightly.

Our delivery personnel will give customer a call with an estimated time of delivery and customers are advised to be ready at the pickup location within the stipulated time as our delivery man will NOT be able to wait due to large delivery loads. If customer MISS the delivery, our delivery team will proceed to deliver the rest of the scheduled deliveries and will cater the missed delivery last which could be very late and way out of the original time slot provided by us.

Pick up Point

For Chalets and N-parks Barbecue pits

Customers are advised to collect the food products at the nearest carpark or loading bay in the respective chalets and/or parks.

For Home and Office

Our delivery team will deliver the food products to the pre-arranged doorstep or barbecue pits. And kindly take note that if there is no one at the location during the delivery, our delivery team will send the food products back to our pre-despatched location. The customer has to make self-arrangements to come self-collect from us at their own cost. We strongly advise our customers to be at the pre-arranged location promptly in order to enjoy a pleasant delivery experience.

As for any special delivery instructions, kindly bring to our attention during the Order Placement stages to avoid any misunderstanding or complications.

Self Collection

The collection time is between 10am to 6pm. Please inform us your pick up time in advance so we can prepare your food accordingly.

  • No minimum amount for self collection.

Packaging 

We may deliver the items is aluminium packages or in Styrofoam boxes depending on the nature of the ordered items. Please take note that the Styrofoam boxes are to be returned to us as we thrive to be an eco-protective organization and recycle non-bio degradable packaging and also to reduce carbon emission.

Storage

Is it advisable to keep unfinished food items for the next day?

We strongly recommend our customer to consume the food within the same day to retain the freshness of the food items. As our food does not contain any preservative and we don’t advise our customer to refreeze thawed food.

If the situation does not permit consuming all the food, do take out the amount of food that you deem need and refrigerate the balance into the chiller compartment of your refrigerator (between 0 to 5ºC).
